How do I order?

Orders must be placed on our website and pre-paid. You must select a date and time to pick up your order. Ordering for pick up in the current week closes on Wednesdays at 12pm. We take walk-up orders subject to product availability.

How do I pick up my order?

Orders MUST be picked up at the date, time, and location selected at checkout. We harvest our seafood based on order volume, and are unable to offer any refunds for orders that are not picked up.

If you order ONLY fresh seafood/meats (NO cooked foods) you can pick up your order starting at 1pm on Fridays and 8am on Saturdays and Sundays. If your order contains any cooked foods, it will only be ready in your selected time slot.

If you are having trouble finding our location, please ensure that the pickup address is entered into your GPS correctly. New Heights Brewing is located on Rep. John Lewis Way SOUTH. Additionally, you can use this link for directions.

How much should I order?

We recommend 3lbs per person for a standard serving, and 5lbs per person for a large serving.

Where do your crawfish come from?

We harvest nearly all of our crawfish from our family-owned ponds in Braithwaite, Louisiana.

How often do you bring crawfish to Nashville?

Every single week! We drive to Louisiana and back up to Tennessee to provide an unsurpassed level of freshness.

When is crawfish season?

The peak of crawfish season runs from the first week in March and tapers off toward the second week in June each year.

Do you offer catering?

Do you ship?

No, we do not ship our products currently. All orders must be picked up locally in Nashville.
