Carlyn Perez was born and raised on a crawfish farm in Braithwaite, Louisiana. He attended Hannan High School in Chalmette, Louisiana, and then attended the University of New Orleans. Mr. Perez graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. After graduation, he found his calling as Productions Manager for one the largest seafood wholesalers in New Orleans, and after 6 years of employment he made the difficult decision to move to Nashville and start a seafood business of his own-South Coast Seafood!
